Strongman Oleksandr Pekanov lifts over 1000 pounds. Realize this is not a traditional powerlifting deadlift, it is a little easier to do with the large rubber plates over metal plates. But this is still an amazing feat!

Mark Kirsch set a new world record in this video on the train pull, pulling 76,220 Pounds over 25 meters. Mark Kirsch pulled 41,000 Pounds more than Mariusz Pudzianowski, the previous record holder at the 03 World’s Strongest Man Train Pull.

The World Strongman Cup 2007 took place during the Dartford Festival July 2007 in London. Eleven of the World’s strongest men including Terry Hollands, Tarmo Mitt, Marius Pudzianowski and Boris Haraldsson complete in the 20 tonne truck pull.
